Viran Brown has been appointed the acting High Commissioner of Vanuatu to Fiji.
The Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kalfau Kaloris confirmed that Mrs. Brown took up the office on Saturday.
The new appointment was done following the election of High Commissioner, Nikenike Vurobaravu as President of Vanuatu on Saturday..
Kaloris said that the appointment follows the required legal process and the advertisement process will be processed in the coming days.
