PENAMA defeated MALAMPA 3-0 to grab bronze in the girls’ division of the Vanuatu National Secondary School Games Soccer competition.
The match was held at the Wilkins Memorial Stadium in Lakotoro, Malekula.
PENMA showed great determination as it pressed on to earn itself a bronze, adding another medal to its tally, against hosts, MALAMPA.
MALAMPA had few goal opportunities throughout the game however couldn’t divert the chances to goals.
In the U18 boys’ division third place-offs, SHEFA 1 played SHEFA 2.
The game was tough with SHEFA 2 coming in to grab bronze in a close score 1-0.
