Over 20 senior police officers are participating in a 3-day Disciplinary Management Workshop facilitated by the Professional Unit and Police Training College.
The senior officers are from Port Vila and Southern Command.
The training focuses on how senior officers are to deal with matters following the law to ensure there is fairness and respect in their work places.
Supervisors are required to apply appropriate discipline to maintain the performance standard of all officers under their authority.
SHEFA and TAFEA Patrol Officers are also participating in the workshop.
